LaVanda Dela Rosa La Femme Magnifique International 1996-1997 is one hot dancer and an incredible drag queen. Best legs I've ever seen on a dude. I had the joy of watching Kevin, I mean LaVanda, dance at the last two years of "The Prom You Never Went To" in Seattle in the 1990s, before the franchise was sold to a group in Austin.
