me in the piazza

I'm a writer, publishing both as SJ Rozan and, with Carlos Dews, as Sam Cabot. (I'm Sam, he's Cabot.) Here you can find links to my almost-daily blog posts, including the Saturday haiku I've been doing for years. BUT the blog itself has moved to my website. If you go on over there you can subscribe and you'll never miss a post. (Miss a post! A scary thought!) Also, I'll be teaching a writing workshop in Italy this summer -- come join us!

What you'll see

Wanted to point out two blogs I just linked to this one: Keith Snyder and Dan Rosan. Keith Snyder is, of course, Keith Snyder. Novelist, composer, screenwriter. He's always got something interesting and oddly-angled to say and always says it in an interesting, odd-angled way. Recommended reading. Dan Rosan is my nephew (okay, we spell it differently, so sue us). He works at the Interfaith Council for Corporate Responsibility. It's never my first instinct to blog politically, and when I do have something political to say I invariably find Dan's said it already, and better than I would have. Anyone interested in a well-articulated, incisive, leftist view of the world, check his blog out.

Meanwhile, it's seven degrees early on a Sunday morning in New York, so I'm off to do what any middle-aged short woman would: play basketball.
