I'm a writer, publishing both as SJ Rozan and, with Carlos Dews, as Sam Cabot. (I'm Sam, he's Cabot.) Okay, you guys who're as cynical as I am, not only did I by diet alone bring my blood pressure down from 150/90 back to 120/80, but it seems I also cut my cholesterol by 20 points, all of it in the LDL.
