Archipelago
Of silver clouds drifts across
Sea-dark pre-dawn sky.
At church's front door,
Wide, grand piazza. Out back,
Abandoned garden.
Crow hikes up roof tiles.
Peers down at happy pilgrims.
Pushes off, flies past.
