In a perfect world, things would happen like this:

I would be able to organize the furniture in my apartment to match my needs, and trade in any of it that didn't.

Brain Usage Profile from MindMedia

Auditory : 37%
Visual : 62%
Left : 44%
Right : 55%

Piscis, you possess an interesting balance of hemispheric and sensory characteristics, with a slight right-brain dominance and a slight preference for visual processing.

Since neither of these is completely centered, you lack the indecision and second-guessing associated with other patterns. You have a distinct preference for creativity and intuition with seemingly sufficient verbal skills to be able to translate in any meaningful way to yourself and others.

You tend to see things in "wholes" without surrendering the ability to attend to details. You can give them sufficient notice to be able to utitlize and incorporate them as part of an overall pattern.

In the same way, while you are active and process information simultaneously, you demonstrate a capacity for sequencing as well as reflection which allows for some "inner dialogue."

All in all, you are likely to be quite content with yourself and your style although at times it will not necessarily be appreciated by others. You have sufficient confidence to not second-guess yourself, but rather to use your critical faculties in a way that enhances, rather than limits, your creativity.

You can learn in either mode although far more efficiently within the visual mode. It is likely that in listening to conversations or lecture materials you simultaneously translate into pictures which enhance and elaborate on the meaning.

It is most likely that you will gravitate towards those endeavors which are predominantly visual but include some logic or structuring. You may either work particularly hard at cultivating your auditory skills or risk "missing out" on being able to efficiently process what you learn. Your own intuitive skills will at times interfere with your capacity to listen to others, which is something else you may need to take into account.

So Kenny, Yaga, and I all have the same brain. Apparently we have been passing it around. My first thought after discovering this fact was, "We could make a chart!" I assume this goes along with my fetish for completing forms. I began to supsect that the quiz was rigged, but apparently other people have different brains, so I guess brain usage types must find each other and hang out.

I'm also wondering how much of this high amount of visual learning is caused by computer usage. (or reverse that and say how much higher is the percentage of visual learners who are using the computer as their main means of soundboarding) And lastly, I'm curious how the Myers-Briggs spectrum plays into these results. Are all T's (thinking) Left Brain Dominant, etc. The answer based on this small amount of evidence seems to say not necessarily. Hrm.

At anyrate, not much planned for this weekend. I have a whole stack of dvd's I want to watch, but have the whole weekend to get to them. I'm also hoping to get some research done for ES -- though now it looks like we won't be playing for 3 weeks due to impending folk visits. I'm kicking around the idea of doing some 1on1's sometime during the next week, since I have "Shit that Must Take Place" before the whole group can play together again. At some point I said I didn't want to run 3 separate adventures that just happen to intersect with each other...oh well...

So League of Extrodinary Gentlemen. Yah. It was, well a pretty good graphic novel and an ok summer movie. Both had such potential and both didn't completely deliever. I'm starting to get nervious though. I might have to see Pirates of the Caribbean...

Also, I am expressly not worrying about money or related topics. I talk with Zeta on monday. That should suffice for now.

What's Playing: St. Alfonzo's Pancake Breakfast (Zappa)
Book: Roadwork (king)
Film/TV: League of Extrodinary Gentlemen
