Now that zeta is putting down roots as a dotcom, I have finally been able to make a decision on a home computer. Since I will not need a full design studio at my fingertips, I am getting a G4 powerbook to replace our G3 1999 beige mac. The good news is that it is shiny. The bad news is it won't be here until November.

Much Much Much pouting.

What is great is due to some of apple's back to school deals I was able to get a new printer and an almost free ipod for guru. Practically free. Mostly free. Just like free if you had never seen it.

I kind of feel like I'm throwing money at a problem, but I don't know what the problem is so screw it. It can't hurt me if I don't acknowledge its existance, right?

I have been depressed lately, though not for any reason that I can tell. It seems that everyone around me is having a horrible time of it (including my parents) and there is nothing I can do to help. I think I'm probably being too vicarious. I should just be totally selfish and focus on my own good tiddings right? But yeah. I don't see how that would improve anything.

Hope to get more positive soon. I'm having a hard time finding anything of value in my daily routine. I think the tv is winning. Maybe its time to cancel the digital cable.

What's Playing: computer fan
Book: The PMS Outlaws
Film/TV: Law and Order
