I've been working WThF for several weeks, and this week I moved it up a day to TWTh. As a result, I keep thinking tomorrow is Sunday, but it isn't.
Oh well, shifting one's schedule keeps one mentally agile--I hope. The masked friend is probably responsible for the total lack of any dry cat food outside. He(?) had pulled the bag out of the can. There is now a new bag in the can, and I have once again fastened the bungee cord in a sort of figure-eight pattern. I have absolutely no confidence in my efforts, even though I shall try to remember to put a bunch of dry food in the pan before I go to bed. Last night I didn't fall asleep till almost midnight, and wakened between 6 and 7 am. I was watching the morning show, and the next thing I knew it was about 10:30. So much for my plans for morning activities like cleaning and yard work. It was the weather--this morning it was in the 50s, with the humidity less than that. Quite a contrast to midsummer days that can be 90/90 if there aren't afternoon rains. I finished reading a mind candy mystery (Murder Unleased) this afternoon at PJ's. It's a Dead End Jobs Mystery, for what that's worth. Anyway, it was entertaining and complex enough to keep the mystery aspect going. I think the best part was the fact that it's about the fifth in the series, but I didn't feel the need to read all the previous ones to understand what was going on in this one. If I don't fall asleep tomorrow watching the morning show, I should be able to get some more yard work done. Read/Post Comments (2) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
