Yes, today is Friday--and so is tomorrow. Or maybe tomorrow is a magical extra day that has been slipped into the week.
Xavier is having its "mid-semester break"--all two days of it. So, since today was the last day of my work week, it must be Friday. I got into work at 7:45 this morning--way ahead of most of the others in the building. I was able to get a bunch of computer stuff done that needed doing. And, I got some more stuff back in the archival storage area. I'm now "getting into" the next collection--the one about Choice. So far, I've been sorting out legislative material and tossing all copies in excess of two. Of course, I read beyond the titles of the materials. And that's what makes processing archival material really interesting. Weather has definitely cooled down. Last night I used the afghan and a cat--and turned off the fan in the den. Since tomorrow will be a "no alarm" day, I'm certain that I'll wake up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at the crack of dawn or before. Well, there's no lack of stuff to do, especially if the weather has cooled enough that I don't sweat out a gallon (or seemingly that much) an hour. Enjoy your Fridays!
