It rained off and on--and sometimes "enthusiastically"--today.

Actually, it was almost torrential on the drive in. The interstate was down to below 50 mph on the parts where "reasonable and customary" is in the neighborhood of 70 (the speed limit) to 80.

However, the rain gods were kind to me and I didn't get rained on between my car and the building. Rain was on-again, off-again for most of the day, but I managed to sneak out between shower bands. The drive home was in VERY heavy rain, at least until I got back to St. Tammany Parish. It wasn't raining at all when I stopped at Wendy's for a pit stop and supper takeout.

I think I have everything ready for tomorrow's class. The vocab quizzes are all printed up and my lecture is ready. Now to figure out what to wear. (I don't leave enough time for myself in the morning to make clothing decisions.) I guess I'll have to pay attention to the weather forecast so I know whether I may have wet feet.
