I kept seeing my to-do list by the computer and could not help but noice how few horizontal lines were on it. So, I decided to stay home and take care of some of those items.
The uncarpeted areas have now been dry-mopped, and I am almost caught up on laundry. And I feel incredibly well-rested after a long nap this afternoon. I'm also anxious to return to the part of the world where I have humans to talk to. As much as Fabian tries to let me know that I am his personal goddess, we can't communicate with either human or feline words. This morning it was "brisk" and this afternoon lovely. Tomorrow will be beyond brisk--cold is the forecast. However, cold usually comes with bright sun in this part of the country. So much for the weather report. One of the candidates for the partial House seat term (left vacant when its former occupant was elected governor) leads off his TV commercial with his support of pro-life. It's hard to believe that somebody would have the guts to stand up and denounce the death penalty and war. Oh??? That's not what he means? Too bad.
