Emma brought a friend back around mealtime. She rubbed and purred, took a few bites of food after I'd set the dish down, then followed me down the driveway while I got the paper. I saw one of her "friends" looking at the food, so I sat in a chair a decent distance away and watched as he helped himelf and I petted Emma. Trying to keep track of her friends is quite a job. Lady was also outside, but she ignored the visitor.
There was a college basketball game on while I was reading the Sunday paper. At one point someone did something which called for refs etc. to watch the instant replay to see whether one guy took a swing at another, or whether it was "accidental" contact. It was the first, and the guy got thrown out. I don't watch much basketball so I wasn't aware that they too used instant replay. It figures. I've already decided to stay home tomorrow for stuff like yard work etc. Since I see possible heavy storms on the weather forecast, yard work will probably go on hold and I will be reduced to catching up on indoor things. For this evening, I'll probaby read the current mind candy book until my body tells me to turn off the d*** light and go to sleep. Can you say IUD?
