Not only have I finished the basic processing of the current collection, I have three (out of five) cartons totally processed.

That means every file is in its own acid-free folder, and the folder is properly labelled with the collection number and its location (numerically) in the carton.

The only thing that remains is for me to type up the inventory lists, then put one copy in each carton. I save a copy for the archivist's notebook and I also keep one for myself.

Susan (archivist) came by my "nook" today to check on when I'd be ready for another collection.

That will no doubt be the next day I go in to work.

If YD and I go to the football game Monday night, that day will be Wednesday. If we don't, it will be Monday.

Weather has become "brisk." The cats pile on at night. I keep a sweater near the door in case I need to go outside.

I'm hoping tomorrow will be decent weather. My "should-do" options are yard work or housework. I'd rather do the yard work.

Other than nearing the end of the collection, it's definitely been an IUD.
