By that I mean that I got my lazy body outside this afternoon for a goodly amount of yard work. When my electric weed-whacker and electric hedge-trimmer etc. ran down, I quit, went inside and hooked them up so they are now re-charging for tomorrow.

The weather is good for yard work--about 70ish and not raining.

I had planned on getting back to it tomorrow morning, but a recent phone call brought me back to reality. When I was at WalMart Monday for my feet I stopped at the Vision area and made an appointment for later this week. I wrote it down, but forgot about it till I got a reminder call.

"My" Walmart has a fantastic optometrist. Her husband is one also, and their house got seriously flooded by Katrina. Their subdivision is on former wetlands and really took a hit from the storm surge. A lot of people are glad they stayed.

So, tomorrow's yardwork will have to wait till afternoon. At least the tools will be all charged up!

And I hope the weather is as "clement" as today's.
