. . . that song about the "Purple People Eater?"
That's the name of this color combo. I'm tired of boring browns--I see enough of it in the leaves and the pine straw on the ground. At church new members were welcomed--and there were quite a few. One couple brought their VERY new baby with them. They sure start out tiny! By the time I'd finished reading the paper most of the afternoon was gone. I dozed off watching the Green Bay/Minnesota (I think) game. At any rate, it was the team that Bret Favre unretired to versus his former team. I am nowhere near being done with the clock resettings. Thank goodness for the cell phone--it doesn't have to be reset or anything. I leave my car on DST all the time--easier to subtract an hour for the few months left on Standard Time than to go through the reset procedure. During WWII we were on DST year round, except it was called War Time. If I remember correctly, England was on Double Daylight time--two hours ahead. Oh--as I expected, there was no visible Hallowe'en activity in my area last night. Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
