My Incredibly Unremarkable Life

Will she or won't she?

Well, Ida was at tropical storm strength for my part Louisiana, the last time I heard.

However, further south it's another story, especially where there are levees that got damaged by Katrina.

At the moment, it's gloomy outside, but dry so far. And each time the TV shows the track it seems to be curving more sharply toward the east. (Sorry about that Mobile, but that's the way it goes.)

Needless to say, I'm not going in to work today. For all I know, the university might be closed.

And I guess taking the trash up to the street should wait a while.

Time to see what the TV weatherpeople have to say.
