It's been pretty much of a typical Saturday with this and that either getting done or being put under thoughtful consideration for doing at some other time.

Part of the "getting done" was blunted by some rain and threat of same. The cats are very friendly when it's wet outside, At one point Spots had curled up on my bare feet while I was at the computer. CC prefers to be on the table. She is slowly "getting the message" about tail flailing when she's there.

I was giving serious thought to getting some "stuff" done when I discovered that one channel was running "The First Wives' Club." I've seen it several times and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. Talk about empowerment!

My azalea display is diminishing--the bushes are just about done with their bloom. The next decent rainfall and all the flowers will get washed off. I should either buy some more bedding plants and or get some more plastic ones. (I have lovely daffodils that bloom all year long! I think the botanical name is daffodilius plasticus.)

At any rate--another day almost over, and I've left enough undone things that I won't wonder what I can do with myself for quite a while.
