So what?

It's also still hot.

This afternoon I went to the Blood Center to leave some blood for a CBC. A day or so after my last platelet donation I'd gotten a call saying I should have a CBC before the next donation.

I finally got around to that this afternoon. Evidently my last platelet count was a bit on the low side.

And apparently that is not at all unexpected, based on the non-reaction of the phlebotomist. Let's hope it's back where it should be. She seemed to think it was absolutely No Big Deal and that I'd be back tomorrow to give away some more platelets.

When I went to put out some raccoon kibble this morning Little Mama was right there waiting. And a couple of her kids were a little further away.

This was all on my front porch, and Spots was also present.

Either I am getting used to the blistering heat, or today was a bit cooler than yesterday. Let's hope it was the latter.

As you can tell, it was another brilliantly unremarkable day. (Except it wasn't quite as hot.)
