Why? Because there is a Saints game this evening.

Tonight's tickets went to YD for her lawyer husband, who is (apparently) wooing a client. And around here, Saints game tickets have a high value.

It was a typical day for me--IU. I did get a bit of organizing done with the stuff on the dining room table.

And I fed the critter assortment and petted the cats. I didn't go anywhere, other than to the mailbox.

There was a bit of rain, but nothing significant.

However, that bit of rain cooled the air just enough to be tolerable and I felt no urge to "rent AC."

The little raccoons are getting cuter and cuter. They scamper around together and have races up and down the trees. At some point their mama will abandon them.

Next year I'll (most likely) see some of the family members again, even if it's just one female--with a litter.

Time to watch the game.
