My Incredibly Unremarkable Life

Tomorrow I need to get a new mirror in my (car) passenger side mirror.

Some idiot left his large trash barrel more than a bit into the (narrow) street--and a car was heading towards me. The top of the trash barrel clipped the mirror.

Unfortunately, I don't think the barrel was harmed.

Never a dull moment.

Maybe my car insurance will pick up the tab. The glass peopple will know.

I slept REALLY well last night. I hadn't set the alarm, and I didn't wake up till after 10 AM.

Last night's storms really did a job on areas south of the city itself. Definitely some tornadic activity, and a lot of damage. I stayed up fairly late to see where the storms were heading and all I felt were some gusty winds and wind-driven rain.

So . . . add today to the IUD list.
