Could not help but notice that there was a dire need for a certain paper product in the room with the sink, tub, etc.

Okay--a quick WalMart run will take care of that, plus some other stuff.

As I headed for a prime parking spot the car died.

Would not start, would not even TRY to start.

If one must have a car break down, let it be in sight of some mechanics.

Except that they had no suggestions for the car. They said "probably the battery." DUHH

So I called my mechanic. And he came out within 15 minutes at the most. He'd brought a portable something or other to provide the electricity the car needed. And we headed back to his shop--me leading and him following close behind, flashers flashing.

He then drove me home. (It's only a couple of miles.)

And I realized that the inside facilities were both paperless. The garage toilet has one of those commercial wall-mounted big rolls. I hope there's a spare that I can bring inside.

But how about that car repair service!!

I'm sure glad I didn't try to go in to work today--the car would have died on the interstate--with my luck it would have been on the two-lane bridge.

Oh well--time to see what the paper situation is in the garage.
