I just had a lovely long and chatty phone call from my honorary son's wife--aka honorary daughter-in-law.

Honorary son had crashed in my "guest" bedroom back in the spring when he ran a half marathon in the Crescent City Classic.

I wouldn't say we talked a bunch, but there was only one bar left on my cell phone.

It is now getting recharged.

What a nice ending to the day!
