After about a week of relative canine peace they're at it very "vigorously" this evening.

It sounds like they're upset about some "threat" from the next house down--or further.

Oh well, they're almost inaudible from the other side of the house, where the den is.

Today was definitely an IUD, and the majority of it was spent in the house doing little odds and ends of Stuff.

I still haven't gotten around to typing up the individual inventories of the collection I've been working on for seemingly forever. That will be at the head of The List for tomorrow, so that I can go in to Newcomb Friday and get at least part of the collection all ready for a place in the archives. My personal goal is to have that collection all done by the new year.

I was doing a bit of tidying in the computer room this afternoon and ran across an interesting word in A.Word.A.Day. It's perendinate and means to put off until the day after tomorrow.

I guess I should have a New Year's resolution to stop perendinating.
