The dogs next door are at it again. They usually bark when I'm in the room that is my "office."
It can get downright tiresome. This is the marvelous neighbor who has the lawn-mowing fetish, and has been keeping my relatively small lawn areas under control. But a week or so ago I saw where the low growth in a non-lawn area had been "civilized." I don't want lawn there--I want to keep it woodsy. I padlocked the gate between our yards, but haven't had any comment about that. I really need to swing through the WalMart garden center and get some plants to replace what got mowed down. I also need to clean up near the pole that has my electric meter on it. I suspect that the meter man will appreciate that. On the other side of the fence is the dogs' rather small "run." I'm sure they will have a long conversation with me when I'm so close. Oh well--today was an IUD, and there's not much can be done with that.
