It's blustery and a bit on the cool side. I will be surprised if it does not rain during the night.

I hope it doesn't get any closer to being cool--I turned off the furnace pilot a couple of weeks ago and it is a royal pain to light again.

Today was another blah one--but (fortunately) lacking the "adventure" of a dead battery.

My neighbor stopped by a little while ago to collect the stuff he had brought over for charging up the battery. When I looked at it yesterday evening I wasn't sure how much was his, especially with the extension cords.

But he had just grabbed up what he needed from his garage, since it was easier than trying to find extension cords etc. in mine.

And he asked about the house YD and I own on the next street. I really need to get a key from YD.

Otherwise--it was definitely an IUD. I treated myself to a yummy take-out breakfast from BK, but managed to stay out of stores.

The wind is blowing enthusiastically at the moment. I hope it doesn't rain. Or get too cool. (I turned the furnace pilot off a couple of weeks ago.)

So--another IUD is close to over.
