What with one little thing after another, it seems like today has been a busy one.

Busy--yes. Productive--not particularly.

It's been one little thing after another, while I try to keep track of what is what and when is either now or yesterday that it should have been done.

I'm sure everybody has had days (and more) like that.

My really big task for tomorrow is getting the talk ready for presentation on Wednesday.

I stopped in at Office Depot again and feel pretty sure that they have the stuff--and understand the "requirements" for long-time "storage" of materials--that I can recommend them enthusiastically.

The TV decided to be "difficult" this afternoon. At the moment it can't seem to find a couple of channels. I may have called the cable company and set up a visit tomorrow. I'll have to check the notepad in the den to verify that.

And I'll have to check first thing tomorrow if it's still being ornery.

Gotta love 21st century communications. I think I was talking to someone in Canada, who then set up the appointment (that I think I made) for here in Louisiana. Tomorrow is NOT a New Orleans day, obviously.

At least my brain has opened up a small section that is thinking about the Wednesday talk and sort of rough-drafting it out.

This will not be a formal presentation, but more of an introduction followed by a Q and A period. When it's over (and I catch my mental breath) I'll set up a web site with the miscellaneous information, as well as answers to questions that I wasn't able to come up with without a bit of research.

And now I think it's time to start to unwind a bit.
