My Incredibly Unremarkable Life

Will we have enough of a rain this evening/tonight to cool the air down, or just enough to kick the humidity sky high?

It was a typical day today--this and that around the house, then WalMart and some other errands.

This evening holds high odds for rain--but better at night than during the day.

According to my calendar, tomorrow morning I have a 10:30 appointment with the hip doctor for a check-up. And a morning appointment means that I probably won't get caught in rain. Luckily, he is in a building with a parking garage, so even if it's raining I'll be able to stay dry.

Driving back and forth to New Orleans in the rain is not my idea of fun, but at least it's indoor parking. And I know the route fairly well.

Although I haven't seen my boy cat since yesterday evening, I'm crossing fingers that he'll appear tomorrow, if not later this evening.

A week or so ago my girl cat went AWOL for almost two days, but then returned and has stayed happily close to home.

Definitely an IUD today.
