My brother gave me the most perfectly wonderful awesome gift for Christmas. A first edition, signed copy of “Stand and Deliver: The Autobiography” by Adam Ant.

I have been rubbing the book against my cheek saying, “OOohhh, he touched this very page and now it’s on my skin.” Needless to say, this has caused much alarm for my family.

I saw Adam and the Ants perform on Solid Gold in 1981, or was it 1982. They sang "Stand and Deliver".

I was hooked.

Two drummers.

A pirate.

I was helpless against his power.

My first concert was Adam Ant: Friend or Foe tour in 1983. I still have the t-shirt somewhere.

He has recently been diagnosed as being bi-polar. I wonder what Tom Cruise would have to say about that.
