We adopted from Russia -

Tuesday, Dec. 30th. 2:30pm. We have an appointment with the Great Seal-er. I get to go this time, with camera in hand. 16 more documents to have apostilled. Then, we collate into two separate piles, slip them into the FedEx boxes Doug has brought home, and send them off IMMEDIATELY to arrive in North Carolina at Frank Adoption Center the morning of January 31st.

The first possible day we could receive a referral of a child - January 5, 2004. Rosemary at FAC says it will be between then and 4 weeks later.
