We concluded our first half of swim lessons today. The boy is a fish, including drinking the water (his new trick). The first couple days were a little rough, but he now grins when we "Humpty Dumpty" off the side of the pool and splash back into the water, and immediately "assumes the position" of on his tummy, arms out front, when he hits the water. He seems to be very comfortable in the pool now. He will NOT tolerate being on his back for very long, and does not like his head getting wet. He has always been this way, even in baths.

We went out to dinner & a movie last night. Smoky restaurant that we used to haunt BK (before the kid) for a yummy burger, then saw "The Day After Tomorrow." It was good. Our babysitter Michelle stayed with Roman, he likes her a lot. He ate things for her he was throwing on the floor for me. She said he played A LOT in the evening, just active all the time.
