Unofficial results of the bond vote in my district today:
18 Mill Non-Homestead Renewal
YES: 7222 NO: 1784
Bond Issue (109 million over 25 years)
YES: 6443 NO: 2563
In particular, my school will receive a new roof, new windows, new floors, new parking lot, upgraded exterior lighting, a new student drop-off bus loop, and oh yes.... AIR CONDITIONING.
