Doug discovered today that Roman knows his left hand and right hand. We quizzed him all day on it, and he got it right every time. He's so SMART!

We also bought some new toys yesterday at Toys R Us. For $19.95 We got a little shopping cart, a microwave, and a cash register. With 5 batteries between them the microwave turns the food and *dings*, and the cash register is a working calculator that also actually scans things and puts a little price on the screen. Simply amazing. From all this, which Roman adores, he has learned a new word. MONEY. And he is very concerned about where his coins are. I think Daddy is trying to install a budget-conscious mind already!
