Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

Had to put my mood in all caps because otherwise, it looked like three vertical lines. Finished my first stargazing of the week, which, luckily, had less than twenty students, so we ended just an hour later. Minor hitch: I thought my stooped appearance would already tell them not to overtax their lecturer, but I guess everything has to be spoonfed to these students.

I told my classes today about the field trip, and two of the three asked for a reschedule. One was a block section and they were mostly going to one girl's debut (the one who was like Dopey lining up several times to get a kiss from Snow White, only this time to look through the telescope). I told them we only got the ticket discount if at least 30 people went on that new schedule, so they'll tell me about it on Wednesday.

One was not a block section, and several had already made plans for that day, so they opted for the 8th or the 15th instead of the 1st. Luckily, besides my other class going on the 15th, another co-teacher of mine is going on the 8th, so I can just tag along with him.

Lastly, for the first time, the theme park called me up to confirm our booking for the 1st. I had to tell the guy, who was obviously new, that we have been patronizing their park for more than two years now, and I knew the procedure without him having to tell me, when there were no changes in their policy.
