2003-03-10 9:29 PM Still Not Up To Full Time Lecturing Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.
Well, I didn't resume discussing the constellations like I said. This is because just coming into the department at 6am to find the lights on, I called out to my only co-teacher to ever be there as early as me, and my voice broke again. So I decided against lecturing for 3 whole hours today. Instead I gave them an activity on timezones that only required a 15-minute lecture at the start. Their activity time was cut short by students asking to campaign for the Student Council though. On my Computer Fundamentals special class, instead of discussing a new topic in programming, we stopped at loops and I'm now refining her programming skills by asking her to solve math problems using Visual Basic, something that I had first done this time last year. That should be good for another two weeks of topics. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
