Woohoo! Today I sent Heavy Rains on its way! I finished the last of the editing this morning and mailed it in the afternoon. Now I've got two stories doing the rounds, which is the most I've had out there for quite some time (I think the peak was three earlier this year). Hardly impressive, but it takes time to build up a decent story inventory, you know :)

The other main writing-related task for today was to continue reading a reference book as part of my story research. I'm about halfway through that book, and once I'm done I'll try and get the story all figured out. I may not meet the original goal of my short story challenge, but I'll do as much as I can over the next few weeks.
