Yesterday after I got home from school there was a message on my voice mail from Z Gallerie. The nightstand (which matches our new bed) that I ordered last month was in. That got me to thinking, I needed to go shopping! Okay, maybe I am a shopoholic, but I've had a VERY bad week and shopping makes everything better, at least for a little while.

So, once Rob got home from work I dragged him with me to the local mall. We didn't spend too much time there. I got some lip gloss at Sephora (contrary to popular belief there are brands and shades of gloss that I still do not have). And then tried on a whole bunch of clothes at Lane Bryant. I was feeling fat and ugly so nothing really looked that good on me. Didn't buy any tops or pants. I did buy a really cool jacket, however. It's one I've been eyeing for awhile and I figured I'd make it a birthday gift to myself. It's patchwork brown leather with faux fur trim around the neck and the wrists. Rob says I look like a sheep pimp in it. Nyah. But I like it and that's what is important.

We then drove around the back of the mall to Z Gallerie's loading dock. We loaded the nightstand in and headed to dinner. After a quick stop for foodies at Carney's we headed home and unloaded the dresser. It looks fantastic, and finally the alarm clock will be at "see level" instead of a few feet below the bed.

So - that was my day yesterday. Tonight I'm going out to dinner with some people. Which could be way fun or it could half kill me cause I'm very sleep depped. I don't know how late I can stay out considering the amount of sleep I'm running on - we'll see. I've got a lot of school work to do this weekend. Blah. So not looking forward to that.

Oh, Rob sent me a link yesterday. It's very odd, but very cute. Check it out, it's a whole bunch of CUTE LITTLE KITTENS!!!!!
