Tired

Well, our plans last night didn't work out the way we wanted them to. When Rob got home from work both of us were tired, my knee hurt a lot, and neither of us felt very good. So, we stayed in and went to bed early. Tonight, however, we got out and did what we were going to do last night.

When Rob got home from work today he changed into comfy clothes and we headed out to Burbank. We ended up seeing a 7:05 showing of Spider Man 2. We got to the theatre a bit early, so we played that bear hunting video game that Rob digs. He is indeed the Nerull (death god to those of you who don't know D&D speak) of bears. Speaking of D&D, it was cancelled tonight because Bryce, Berek, and Pita could not make it. Carrie, myself, and Rob does not make a quorum, so we decided to scrap it and try again next week. The movie was very good and the inner comic book geek in me enjoyed it very much. It was really well done and I would venture to say that it might be better than the first one (though I don't remember the first one too well). If you're into that sort of movie, it's one I recommend. Rob seemed to like it as well.

Spider Man 2 was one of those movies I needed to see sometime while it was still in the movie theatres. I dug the first one, heard rave reviews about this one, and needed to appeal to the part of me which still thinks that Spider Man is the best super hero ever. Granted, I'm not obsessed with Spider Man like I was as a kid (apparently I proposed to some guy in a Spider Man suit signing autographs in a grocery store when I was very little), but I do still dig the character more than most other super heros.

After the movie we walked over to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner. The wait was only a few minutes and we were seated very quickly. Dinner was yummy and when we were through we headed back home. Now we're both on line (I'm in the apartment and Rob is in the business center) messing around on Neopets and the like. I have a feeling that we'll head to bed pretty soon.

Take the quiz: "How dark is your soul?"

Demon
You're a demon! Just a step below Lucifer himself. Okay, so there are about a thousand different breeds of you, and it's hard to get a decent hairstyle, what with the horns and all, but you're one mean magician and you get to boss everyone else in hell around.
