Mmmmm, White Castle

Mood:
Craving those tiny burgers.

Last night Rob and I headed out to Burbank. We parked at the bottom of the small parking lot next to the AMC theatre. Damn, it was like being in hell down there. Hot, humid, and stagnant. Plus it didn't help that a pipe burst on the level above us so there was water everywhere.

We first headed to Fuddrucker's for dinner. Unfortunately, they weren't as good as usual. They were out of sliced pickles (which is the only thing I will put on a burger) and cheese (without the squirty cheese their fries taste like ass). So, dinner wasn't all that great.

After dinner we saw a 7:55 showing of Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. Now, I'll admit that I wasn't expecting a lot from this movie. It looked rather... stupid. But when it got glowing reviews Rob and I decided we needed to check it out. We're both glad we did. It was rather odd in spots, but all in all it was a very funny movie. Nothing we'll be buying when it comes out on DVD, but definitely worth seeing for a laugh. And it was a lot better than I thought it would have been.

When the movie let out we headed back home and commiserated that it wasn't fair to show that movie in LA. It leaves you craving White Castle, and there are no White Castle's anywhere in California. Blah.

Take the quiz: "What mystical creature are you?"

Dragon
The oldest of the creatures, they are known to live longer that 1200 years. Hunted during the medieval years, some consider them extinct. They gather knowledge around them and are known to lose track of time when studying. Known for their fire and magical abilities, their scales can be ground up and used in poisons. They are armor plated and have long silky wings. The inner inferno incinerates their bodies a few minutes after death.
