Yesterday in the mail I got the Cthulhu for President stickers that I had ordered through Chaosium. Hrm - I ordered a John Kerry for Pres sticker over a month ago. I haven't gotten the sticker yet, but I've gotten a ton and a half of mail and phone calls asking for my money. I ordered the Cthulhu sticker on Sunday and received it yesterday. Looks like the Elder God party is a lot faster and more responsible than the Democratic party. So... screw the John Kerry sticker. If they're not gonna send one to me then I'm not going to pimp for him on my car. I'm still going to vote for him - anything is better than Bush, but Cthulhu gets the place on my back window.

Last night Rob and I headed to the Glendale Galleria. I needed to stop at the Lenscrafters there because I needed to order something from the store in Dubuque. We stopped in a bunch of other stores as well. I tried to get Amber a cute raspberryish colored Coach collar, but I got the wrong size. So, the next time we go back there I need to exchange the collar for one that is "extra small". We grabbed dinner at the Mongolian Barbeque place. We haven't had that in a while and it was rather yummy. After the mall we made a stop at the bank and the grocery store and headed home.

Right about now, Rob's bleeding out. Shannon called him at work this afternoon and let him know that the blood needed to be drawn by 6:30 tonight. He talked to his boss and was able to ditch out of work early. Unfortunately, the notice was a bit too short for me to pick him up and drive him there, so he took the bus up. He called me about ten minutes ago to say he got there. I don't know how long it will take, but he's probably either filling out paperwork or bleeding right about now. Because he's such a sweetie and is doing this for Shannon - I have a surprise for him tonight. I'm not going to say what until after the fact just in case he reads this before we go out tonight.
