Read/Post Comments (2) Yesterday when Rob and I were getting ready I had some Current 93 on the stereo. They're the type of group you either love or hate. There's really no in-between. I love them. Rob hates them. After listening to "The Fall of Christopher Robin" and "St. Peter's Keys All Bloody" (which has parts of different Simon and Garfunkel songs in it) we jumped in the shower and Rob started mocking the band. What he started singing made me laugh so hard that my asthma kicked in and I then started coughing and nearly vomited from laughing so hard. If you have never heard Current 93, this will probably mean nothing to you. If you have, you might find it amusing as well. Rob's version of a passage of something Current 93 would probably sing: Are you going to Scarborough Fair?
Yes, he scares me too sometimes. After we got ready and he nearly killed me with laughter, we headed out to the Target in Burbank. We picked up some air freshner for my car, a small bookshelf for his D&D books in the living room, a label maker, and a bunch of plastic organizer containers for our D&D minis so that our living room will no longer be littered with the cardboard boxes they come in. When we were done in Target we went across the way to Olive Garden for dinner. Dinner was yummy, but we were disappointed to see that they no longer serve the fresh berries and custard thingie for dessert. After dinner we headed back home. We watched the tail end of the news and Adult Swim on TV. We organized all our D&D minis into the plastic containers we bought. And Rob made the bookshelf and put all his books onto it. Our living room looks a lot more organized now. He also made me dark chocolate brownies. Yum! Today I'm doing around the house stuff and job hunting. Tomorrow I get a girly day with Shannon. Should be fun. A private posting will be put up shortly after I'm done with this one. ----------
