Last night Rob and I headed to Buca for dinner. Italian (specifically spaghetti and meatballs) just sounded super yummy.

Today I'm trying to do a ton of things all at once. All of the dirty clothes need to be laundered (I'm in the middle of that right now). Then the towels need a go in the wash as well. The dishes need to be done, the garbage needs to be taken out, the litter needs to be changed, the cat's food needs to be put in different bowls, we need to turn off all electronics and set the air at a comfy temp for the kitties and the cat sitter, and we need to pack. I know there's other things that need to be done, but I don't have the list of them next to me at the moment. Tonight is all about getting everything done. A whole lot of packing is going to be done. Bleh. I hate packing.

If we have the time, Rob and I are thinking about hitting Bennigan's for dinner. It depends on if we think we can spare the time.

Tomorrow the limo is picking us up at 9am and then it's off to LAX for a 12:45 flight to Chicago. My Mom will be picking us up at the airport and then we have a 3 hour drive to her place. While I'm not too fond of the traveling part (I hate riding on planes), I am looking forward to this vacation. Rob and I sometimes need a bit of time to decompress out in the middle of nowhere.

My Mom does have internet access at her place, but it is dial up. I'll try to post when I can from there, but I'm not going to promise anything. I'm pretty sure I won't be in the mood to post tomorrow night when I'm there. I'll probably just want to pass out considering we'll be getting up at 6:30am tomorrow morning.

Woot! Vacay starts tomorrow. *does the happy dance with Rupert, the dead dancing monkey that lives in Rob's head*
