I think I need to become nocturnal. At night, I can't sleep. My restless legs get really bad and keep me up all night. I only get relief when wandering around the apartment. However, for some odd reason, they get a lot better during the day. Once morning hits if I have my belly pillow and my lower leg pillow I can actually fall asleep. Granted, it's not a deep sleep and I'm always waking up to the baby kicking or because I have to pee, but at least it's sleep. And at this point, I'll take what little sleep I can get.

Yesterday Rob and I got up and headed out to Gebhart for our hair appointments. Luckily, he seemed to be feeling better. Rob got his hair cut. I got mine colored the same shade I've been doing, got my eyebrows done, and got my hair trimmed. I talked with Margie for awhile and gave her a gift card for Xmas. It's scary to think that I'll probably only have one more appointment out there before Gabriel is here. Wow.

After the hair appointments we headed over to the Montclair Plaza mall. Wow, that was a mistake. We had wanted to stop at Linens N Things to get some new towels (that morning I had put my hand through my towel when drying off... I'm pretty sure that's a sign that we needed new towels). The mall was a zoo. There were no parking spots and tons of cars looking for one. We decided to fuck it and get the hell out of there.

We stopped off at Lionheart and Rob picked up the latest D&D Book (The Spell Compendium) and we said hi to Lenny. We then headed out and went back to our area.

Before heading home we stopped off at the Bed, Bath, and Beyond near out place. That actually had parking spaces and we managed to pick up new towels. Wamsutta Supima towels (looks like they don't make the Wamsutta Centennial's anymore) in a pale aqua blue. Think the color of a box from Tiffany's blue. It's a great color to match our fish themed bathroom. What color they'll turn into after a few washings (our water is highly chlorinated and will change the color of anything) one can only guess. Our old towels started off as a kiwi green and are now yellow. After getting the towels we headed home for a little bit.

We chilled out around the house for a bit doing nothing in particular and then headed out to dinner. We went to Outback and I ended up getting some really yummy chicken dish. I need to get a lot of protein on this GD diet, so places like Outback are generally the best bet. Dinner was yummy, though the chicken messed with my tummy a bit. However, I was able to eat chicken without Gabriel making me extremely nauseous. Maybe the cheese, bacon, and mushrooms smothering it disguised it enough for him.

After dinner we made a stop at the drug store. We had a bit of a scare there. There was a huge bang and the building shook. I thought it was the beginning of a rather large earthquake, but then no shaking happened. People in there (including the employees) were freaked. Come to find out, Warner Brothers blew up a house on their backlot for a Farmer's Insurance commercial. While they claim to have told the residents in the area, they forgot to tell the employees in the store that was right next to the explosion.

From there we headed to Vons to get a few groceries and some Visa gift cards for Rob's family. When Rob tried to check out, his ATM card was not approved. So, he called the bank to find out what the hell was going on. He had used it at the drug store just fine. Needless to say, we were a bit worried that someone had once again gained access to his account. Come to find out, Bank of America is just a bunch of blithering idiots. They froze his account because a charge in both California and Tennessee (an internet purchase) hit in the same day. They assumed it was fraud, didn't call him, and froze his account. Even though he's made several purchases from this place in Tennessee before! Yet back when someone was taking out the maximum daily allottance from both his checking and our savings from 7-11 ATM's they didn't think that was weird at all. FUCKTARDS!!!!! After dealing with the retarded monkey-fucks they turned his account back on. Sheesh. I'll say one good thing about our up-coming move... while it's going to be a pain in the ass we have to change banks because BofA doesn't exist in Wisconsin. While the hassle of changing banks will suck, I don't think I'll miss that bank one bit.

Finally, we made it back home. We played some Three Dragon Ante and watched TV before going to bed.

Today we're staying in the house. Rob's sickies have gotten really bad. While he was feeling a lot better yesterday, he's super sick today (fever and all). So far, I'm still fighting off a minor cold. Hopefully, it won't become anything worse than that. I am a bit worried though because usually I'm the one who is super sick and he's the one who is fighting it off. Other than his sickies, the main reason we're staying in today is to get household chores done. My Mom is arriving tomorrow (woot!) and we need to wash her towels, sheets for the sofa bed, our clothes, and clean up the house. So, today is just a big old day of household chores.
