As a heads up, if you're not a gamer, have never played D&D, and have no idea what a Grey Render is then you might not understand this.

The other day I was listening to "Once Upon A December" from the Anastasia soundtrack. For some odd reason, Rob started thinking about Grey Renders and "Once Upon A Grey Render". Today, he was bored at work and created this:

Once Upon A Grey Render
(To the tune of "Once Upon a December", from Anastasia)

A bard, a mage
A ranger too,
And a dwarven defender,
One of them became a meal
Once upon a Grey Render.

This is how our wizard died -
A victim of his own foolish pride.
Took the dwarf up on a bet
That he could charm a pet…

Far away, in the woods,
Forgetting that he looked tender,
Enchantment words
Were cast, and then
The mage walked up to a Render...

The creature just ignored his charms.
Picked him up and tore off his arms.
Squashed his head just like a pea
And threw him through a tree...

Far away, long ago,
We had a fourth party member
But he was
Way too proud,
And the jerk got dismembered...

That's the song
Our bard sings...
