I wanted to give a big thanks to Girl Child! My husband and I made the recipe you gave us last night and wow, it was fantastic! I'm always looking for healthy and yummy recipes so that we can cook in more often.

On that note, if any of you have healthy, yummy, and relatively easy to cook meals - drop me the recipe in an e-mail. Rob and I would love to cook in more, but we just don't have a lot of quick and easy recipes.
