Yesterday was a good day. My Mom decided to stay and not head home. In the morning she waited here with me for the Culligan man to come and check our water softener salt tank. It had been leaking and spraying a gross salt substance everywhere. There was a crack in the valve so he replaced it and was on his way in about ten minutes.

In the afternoon my Mom, Gabriel, and I headed out. We grabbed lunch from McDonalds and then went to visit with my Nana for awhile. While there, Gabriel took a handful of my Nana's jellybeans and threw them at my Mom while yelling "catch". It was hilarious.

After visiting with my Nana we headed out and Gabriel fell asleep in the car, so we decided to just drive around a bit. It was nice. I love being outside of the house since I'm always so cooped up in here.

We got back in the late afternoon and Rob ended up bringing dinner home from Mitchell's. We ate at our new dining room table and then watched Survivor and Hell's Kitchen.

All in all, it was a very nice day. Then again it's always a nice day when my Mom's around.

This morning my Mom let me get some extra sleep and was willing to watch Gabriel while she did so. I got to sleep in until 8am and it felt so nice. I'm actually somewhat awake right now. She watched Gabriel while I worked on laundry and got the bills done and ready to be mailed out tonight as well. She ended up leaving around 10am. She's going to visit with my Nana and then drive back home to her place. I miss her already.
