Holy crap, how in the world is it September already? This year is flying by and I really have nothing to show for it. My life has been staying at home with Gabriel, doing housework and the laundry, and looking for a job (resumes have been sent, but not a single interview has been had). I really do think I might be cursed when it comes to finding a job and I'm trying to do my best to not let it get me down, but it's hard. It's really hard to not get depressed over it and wonder what the hell is wrong with me. Why I don't seem worth anything to a single law firm out there. My bright side is Gabriel and my knowing that the time I spend with him will give him a head start in life. Not only is he reading, but he's also writing (while he can't write with pen and paper very well, he can type and writes rather well when given a computer). So, at least that's something.

Before I know it I'll be 35... and still jobless. I think the word pathetic pretty much sums that one up.

Anyhow, I'm not trying to have a pity party here, but somehow flipping this journal over to September caused me to spit out a stream of consciousness that I was not expecting. On to other things.

Envisage begins today and later on I'll be sending in my first picture. I should be sending in a pic a day (except for when I'm out of town and have no internet access) and the link to my personal section of Envisage should be over to the left.

Anyway, welcome to September. Chances are it will be October before I know it!
