When I don't have my glasses on, I'm pretty much blind. Everything is blurry and I really can't see a damn thing.

When I got out of the shower this morning, I saw a large black blob on the shower floor. Rob wears black socks and our apartment is usually covered in his sock fuzzies, so I assumed it was one of those. I called him over to ask him how in the world one of his sock fuzzies got into the shower... it wasn't a sock fuzzy, it was a bug.

From what he said, he thought it was a boxelder beetle. Better than a spider or a silverfish, but still, I just took a shower with a bug! AARGH!!!!! I made Rob look me over to make sure there weren't any other bugs on me. I got the wiggins and wanted to take another shower, but the shower was where the bug had been. So creepy.

The shower should be a place where I can feel safe and get clean, not where I'm stalked by bugs. So not cool. Needless to say, I was wide awake after that.

Sydney is doing somewhat better. He's not lethargic, but he is resting a lot during the day. He's eating and drinking. The diarrhea is getting fewer and further apart and a teeny bit more solid, but he still has it. He had the run of the apartment last night except for our bedroom. Good thing too, because he pooped at the bottom of the stairs and had another accident. He also was able to make it to the box once. Hopefully, he'll be all better soon. He's not allowed in the bedroom until he has a solid poop. I don't want him to have an accident on or under our bed.
