Our apartment manager told us that he would be sending an electrician here around noon. So, my Mom, Gabriel, and I spent the morning in the apartment. Noon came and went and around 12:40, she headed out to grab lunch and bring it home for us. At 2:15, we said f*ck it and went out. I left a note for him and the manager usually lets people in if no one is home.

So, we headed out to the MPTV pick up and pay location to get some things from their auction that we bid on last night. One was a Milwaukee Bucks duffle bag and the other was three kringles (almond, raspberry, raspberry cheese). When we were done with that we made a stop at Fresh Market for my Mom to pick up some things. She then grabbed a sub for dinnner at Suburpia and we headed back home.

We got home a little after 4pm and the electrician hadn't come while we were gone. The note was still there and the duct tape was still on the switch. No electrician came at all. We've had this problem, no lights in our bathroom, and a possible fire hazard going on since Monday. Still no fix. I'm getting seriously pissed off right now.

When Rob got home the two of us headed out to dinner at fondue while Mom babysat Gabriel. Dinner was fantastic, as usual, but the drive home was horrible. It was raining so badly that most of the time I couldn't see the road and sometimes the lightning was blinding. Luckily, we made it home safely.

Now we're home for the night and watching more of the MPTV "Great TV Auction".
