2003-12-20 9:33 PM Happy Solstice frog Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (1) Well, we're still in fairly dire financial straits, but I was able to get Andreas a green tree frog for Solstice. So far, it is the Unnamed Frog, unless you count "Isn't it cute?" to be a name. Suggestions other than "Kermit" are welcome. I think it's a she (no croaking). Perhaps this should be a new tradition: Solstice Frogs. Prolly wouldn't catch on.
While I haven't been able to really give anything, I've gotten a lot of nifty stuff, including a large mint chocolate-scented candle from Karen. (thanks, Karen!) Now I need a peppermint pattie every time I go to my study. :) And then, some interesting news... Guns that shoot around corners. Ever feel like you're two steps behind technology? Right. I won't tell you about the cell phones that work by sticking your finger in your ear, then. Or the cell phone/key to your apt/utilities payment/ID thing. Talk about isolating the number of things you need to commit identity theft. Whee. Currently Reading: huh. I seem to be between books. That's not right. Recommend: "Stardust" by Neil Gaiman Stories out: 5 Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
