Lunch meeting
I had a lunch meeting with a writer-director-producer today, to talk about producing/budgeting issues for a TV pilot I'm going to pitch in May/June. We talked for two hours about my project, and I now have more focus and I know the next step that I need to take. Ally with good people. That phone call is for tomorrow.

Smallville
Called the production office, but the exec producer's office is over at Tollin/Robbins. Call the exec producer, and the assistant tells me that another person at T/R actually reads for Smallville. Since I've already received permission to send material over, I'll ask Jo-Ann to send my script to the right person.

Century City
Called Heel & Toe Films, and learned that the exec for this show is in Vancouver shooting the pilot. However, the assistant said that I should send my Crossing Jordan script to the VP at H&T. She would be delighted to read.

Then Came Jones
Strike out on this one at the moment -- so I'll need to do more research. I called ABC, but ABC had no information on the exec producer. Will dig deeper.

Called Jo-Ann to update, but she was on the phone with her dad, so I'll call her tomorrow morning.
