Well, not exactly true. He thinks that my visual writing style very much helped him with his own visualization of the episode, and added rich elements of the story without useless exposition. He was very complementary of that and of the script. So the director, producer and I will be meeting on Sunday about the script. I'm not sure what's to be discussed, but I'll fill you in later. The director that I'm now working with has done a bunch of other work in Chicago, including a children's show. We had talked a bunch during the initial meeting for the project, and he seems to be a cool, all-together guy. He found out over the holidays that he's been put forth as a potential Emmy nominee for his work on that show. It's very cool news for him (he's still jazzed about it) and cool that I'm working with an almost-nominee, who could become a bona-fide nominee in a few months.
